International shipping: not available at this time; we will announce it when it becomes available.

Major cities (e.g. Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah): approximately 2 to 5 business days.
Other areas: approximately 3 to 7 business days depending on the customer’s location.
Delays may occur beyond our control due to carriers, weather, or peak seasons.
3. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location.
There is no free shipping; payment includes shipping costs according to rates set by the shipping company.
4. Order tracking
You can track your order directly on the approved shipping company’s website.
5. Shipping delays
If an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify the customer promptly by email or phone.
Modern Tech is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Receiving orders
The customer should verify that the product is intact before signing for delivery.
If there is damage or an error in the order, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
7. Changing or cancelling an order

If the order has already shipped, the customer bears shipping and return fees in case of cancellation or return.
