Replacement and return policy
Introduction
At Modern Tech, we care about customer satisfaction by providing a clear and fair replacement and return policy. If a product is not right for you, you may return or exchange it according to the conditions below.
1. Return and replacement conditions
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all accessories and packaging.
The product is undamaged and has not been tampered with.
You provide the purchase invoice or proof of order.
Returns or replacements are not possible in the following cases:
The product has been used or damaged due to misuse.
Special products such as software or items that require activation or installation after use.
Products installed outside the company (and thus outside warranty coverage).
Discounted products or those bought under special offers (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
2. How to submit a return or replacement request
1️⃣ Contact us through customer service within the allowed period.
2️⃣ Explain the reason for the return or replacement and attach photos of the product if required.
3️⃣ We will review the request and verify that it meets the conditions.
4️⃣ After approval, the product will be returned via our approved shipping partner.
5️⃣ After we receive and inspect the product, we will refund the amount or send a replacement within 7 business days.
3. Shipping fees for returns and replacements
If the product is in good working order and there is no issue with it, the customer bears the full cost of shipping and return.
If the issue is on our side (manufacturing defect or product not matching the order), we cover the shipping cost in full.
4. Refund method
If payment was made by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card within 7 to 30 business days.
If payment was cash on delivery, the amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
